1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Veria.pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Veria.pro provides tools for individuals to create personal storefronts, claim personalized URLs, and sell physical goods. We act as a platform provider and are not a party to any transactions between buyers and sellers.
3. User Accounts and URLs
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may claim a personalized URL (e.g., veria.pro/yourname). We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign URLs that are inactive, trademark-infringing, or otherwise violate our policies.
4. Payments and Fees
Veria.pro charges a transaction fee of 4.9% + 30¢ per successful sale. These fees are automatically deducted from the payout amount. Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to sell illegal goods, infringing materials, or engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Veria.pro is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or interactions with third parties on the Platform.
